Crab Cakes
1 hard boiled egg (grated)
1 raw egg (beaten)
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Salt/pepper
Mayonnaise (food glue)
1 pound lump crab meat
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Mix together with enough mayonnaise to to form 8 cakes.
Dip in beaten egg, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
