Sausage Cheese Biscuits

1 pound hot sausage
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups of Bisquick
1 1/2 cups of milk
Combine in bowl, and spoon onto baking sheets like cookies.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

2 x 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
2 x sticks of butter – 1/2 pound (softened)
3 1/2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
1/3 bunch fresh parsley – 1 cup, stems removed (chopped)
1 medium bunch of fresh dill – about 1 cup (chopped)
3 scallions (chopped)
1/8 green pepper (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Blend together with a fork, and refrigerate.
